The Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) at SNC College is established in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) to address and resolve grievances and concerns of students in a time-bound and transparent manner.

Our aim is to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment by encouraging students to express their academic, administrative, or personal concerns without fear.

  • To provide a mechanism for redressal of students’ complaints and grievances

  • To ensure fair and impartial resolution in a confidential manner

  • To strengthen student trust in institutional processes

  • To promote a student-friendly environment that encourages open communication

🛠️ Functions of the Grievance Cell

  • Receive and examine written/email complaints from students

  • Conduct fair and timely inquiry into the issues raised

  • Take appropriate actions based on findings

  • Escalate unresolved or serious issues to higher authorities or regulatory bodies, if required
